  • All cancellations will be charged a $25 fee per room per night cancelled.
  • Cancellations within 15 days will be charged the full amount of the reservation.


  • If you need assistance at check in, please contact us directly.
  • Check in is by appointment after 3:00PM and check out is by 11:00AM. We recognize that flights and tours seldom arrive based on our times. We will do our best to accommodate you whether you are early or late. You are more than welcome to store your luggage, relax and enjoy the common areas in the house if you come early and your room is not ready, or if you need to depart late.
  • If we are not at home, or if your arrival is after 11:00PM, we will leave a note by the front door with your room instructions. We will see you upon our return or at breakfast.


  • Smoking is allowed in the great outdoors, we have receptacles on the decks.
  • Alcoholic consumption is permitted. We respectfully ask that you consume with moderation and are considerate of other guests.


  • We welcome your family. We have plenty of room to roam and things to do. We ask that you ensure children are respectful to property and other guests at all times.
  • In respect for others, we have a no pet policy in the bed and breakfast rooms.


  • A continental breakfast is available at 7:00AM in the downstairs kitchen. If you are departing before 7:00AM, please let us know at check in and we can make other arrangements.
  • If you have special dietary needs, please notify us at time of reservation to ensure we can accommodate those needs.


  • Room cleaning begins at 10:00AM, if you prefer privacy, please place your "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door.
  • The laundry room is available for guest use between the hours of 10:00AM and 8:00PM.
  • The laundry room and the hall closet is stocked with extra toilet paper, towels, toiletries, and more...please feel free to use anything you need.
  • Sheets are changed at the end of your stay, or weekly for longer stays.
  • To conserve water and energy we will change towels upon request - towels on the floor/bathtub means "please exchange", towels on the rack means "I will use again".
  • Please NO candles, oils or flower petals on the beds.


  • Your room does have a lock on it for your privacy.
  • We have NEVER had a problem with crime however, we cannot assume responsibility for your valuables and ask that you keep them with you at all times.
  • Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are placed throughout the inn for your safety.


  • Often our guests have plans to start very early in the morning. We ask that voices, TV's and radios be kept low after 9:00 pm and before 7:00 am.


  • We request that the doors labeled "private" be observed and not disturbed.
  • Guests are not allowed to use our kitchen due to city health safety ordinance, however, refrigerators are available in the rooms, and a kitchen sink and microwave are available in the common area.
